We process the data you give us when you fill in the sample-report form (your email address) and when you write to us (your email and the content of your message). We do not collect special categories of data.

To send you the sample report you request, respond to your enquiries and, where applicable, manage a possible commercial relationship.

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the form checkbox, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to the enquiries you send us. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We keep your data while you maintain consent or the relationship lasts, and afterwards for any legally required periods. Once no longer needed, we delete it.

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We rely on hosting and email providers acting as data processors, under the corresponding data processing agreements (DPAs).

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process data on servers outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the other safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to contact@usetrazia.com, stating the right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.

This site sets no cookies by default. Only if you explicitly accept in the cookie notice do we load Google Analytics 4 cookies (measurement ID G-C5RZDZQPKH), which let us see which pages get read and where visitors come from. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI), which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site’s cookies and data in your browser.

If you choose “Essential only”, no analytics script loads and no cookie is set. Google Analytics may involve processing by Google Ireland Limited and, where applicable, transfers to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. IP anonymisation is enabled and we do not use these cookies for advertising or profiling.
